Rebecca: Co-founder

Hi there! I'm Rebecca - I've successfully coached people to firms such as BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, and more.

I currently work in strategy at Salesforce and previously was a consultant for three years. I started at Strategy& (part of PwC) and then worked at Tyton Partners, a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in the education industry. At these firms, I participated in the recruitment process including holding coffee chats and info sessions for students, practicing cases with candidates, and interviewing candidates. 

I graduated from Northwestern University, where I studied economics, Asian Studies, and managerial analytics. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, boxing, and playing the ukulele. 

Tim: Co-founder

Hey, I'm Tim! I formerly worked as an associate at BCG's Seattle office. During my time at BCG, I specialized in tech and semiconductor firms. I took part in BCG's recruiting efforts including dozens of mock interviews, case seminars, and on campus recruiting events. 

I graduated from Caltech with a B.S. in electrical engineering. At Caltech I was a software developer for an earthquake early warning system and a teaching assistant for introductory embedded systems courses. I'm currently a M.S. student at Stanford in EE, where I work on designing machine learning accelerators for more energy efficient computing.

April: Strategy & Operations intern
Hello :) My name is April and I am currently a second year undergraduate student at the University of Michigan studying Political Science and Economics.

At U of M, I currently work as a Project Manager for Nexecon Consulting Group (NCG) and Vice President of the Michigan Undergraduate Consulting Conference (MUCC). As part of NCG, I took part in the organization's recruitment process including holding coffee chats and mock case interviews for undergraduate students.

My interests include traveling, playing the piano, and watching tv shows and musicals! ​
